Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping to North America, Australia and United Kingdom through our service providers, Canada Post and UPS. Shipping rates are categorized by country and zone. Shipping costs will be automatically assigned to your order at the checkout and are dependent on the shipping country and state specified.

When placing your order please ensure that all the deliveries details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order. zevgani.com is not held responsible for delays, missing, PO Box Issues,  damaged or stolen shipments. 

Orders placed after 12pm PST are processed to the following business day. Please note that packages are shipped on the next 1-2 days of purchase. 

Deliveries will be made within 5-8 working days after your order has be shipped by courier (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). Recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred.

However, Canada Post and our partner, the United States Postal Service (USPS) are experiencing unprecedented volume across our networks. The increased volume combined with modified processes to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19 are resulting in significant delays. The cumulative delays during processing in Canada and the U.S.A. are adding 5-7 days to normal delivery times for all services.
